Delivery & Pickup Terms

All items will be dispatched within 7-10 working days via 1st class Royal Mail, if they are in stock. If out of stock please see list below to see each product’s estimated delivery times:

• Grave accessories
• Precious Plaques, Funky Cherubs, Grave Vases, 5-10 days
• Christmas arrangements or Christmas grave pots: 7-10 days

You will be notified of any delays on orders.

Returns and Refunds
In the unusual event of a product being lost in transit you can receive a full refund or replacement product once Royal Mail has confirmed that the item has indeed been lost and is not just late.
If a product is damaged during transit then a full refund or replacement product will be afforded once the damaged item has been returned to us in its original packaging.
Undamaged items should be returned to us within 21 days of delivery. The item must be returned in the original packaging and in its original condition.

Postage charges cannot be refunded and the cost of returning the item is the sole responsibility of the customer.

Prices
All prices are in pound sterling and are inclusive of VAT each product has its own postage price depending on its weight and packaging.

Pick up Details
If your purchase is local, you may pick your Items up the next day by 4:00 PM except for Monday.
Please see our opening times.  If you would like the same day collection please telephone to make that arrangement.

General
Due to the Handmade nature of our "Grave Accessories", colours and design may vary, and there may be slight imperfections.
Please be aware that they are farbricated from high resolute Poly Resin and not granite or marble (as reflected in their cost).
Although desgined by David Fischoff Funeral designs and are fully waterproof, if cracked or broken, they are not as long
waring as granite or marble products.
